Alternative Dispute Resolution

Some members of the firm have been dually trained as “mediators”, and can serve to facilitate resolution, without the necessity of an adversarial trial; and minimizing costs at the same time.  Mediation has been identified as an effective tool in reducing conflict while achieving workable resolutions for parties in conflict.  The most common areas of practice currently using “mediation” are those involving family law, as well as construction disputes.
